What has to happen in Charlotte?

It would make sense for Republicans to attack President Obama on what has he done to help recover the economy.  If Romney wins the election, how would he plan on Recovering the countries economy?  When Obama took office the countries economy was a complete disaster.  How could Obama possibly recover the countries economy in 4 years?!  Bill Clinton created the best economy of our country in 8 years, and here we are talking about Obama FIXING the economy in just 4 years.  I think that if Democrats spoke more about what they plan to do with the economy if President Obama is re-elected would help him a lot, since that is one of the major issues that the Republicans are attacking President Obama with.
